Hille Bruns wins CSB2 Fellowship in Technology, Innovation and Society

CSB2 is very pleased to announce the award of a Fellowship in Technology, Innovation and Society to Ms. Hille Bruns, a PhD student in the School of Management at Boston University. Hille’s research focuses on collaboration across scientific disciplines. She is examining how biologists, mathematicians, computer scientists, and engineers work together in the field of cancer research. Hille holds a BA in Anthropology and Philosophy from Humboldt University and Free University in Berlin, Germany, and a Masters in Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Data for Hille’s research consists of transcriptions of meetings, interviews with the scientists, observation of work practices, and archival documents such as publications and online platforms.
