International Conference: Systems Biology of Human Disease
June 12-13 2008, Boston MA
A two-day international conference featuring platform presentations on the topics of Cellular Responses and Decisions, Systems Biology in Drug Discovery, and Genomics in Systems Biology, as well as a poster session. Registration in advance is required; the cost is $100 per person ($50 for students, free for invited speakers). Early registration deadline is May 15, 2008. Late registrations will be accepted until June 1, 2008 at a cost of $150 per person ($100 for students). The deadline for poster abstracts is also June 1, 2008.
Workshop on Microsystems: Meeting Measurement Challenges in Molecular and Cell Biology
April 4 2008, Boston MA
A half-day workshop on the development and application of microsystems and microfluidic technologies in the Harvard and MIT communities. The meeting is open to participants from all academic institutions and commercial organizations and pre-registration is not required. However, poster presenters should contact Victor Lien (JieVictor_Lien@hms.harvard.edu) to reserve space and for details on “lightning” presentations during the plenary sessions. Poster presentations are particularly encouraged.
